Replica Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean watches are counterfeit. They copy Omega trademarks without permission. Omega does not make them, sell them, or service them. US customs officers can seize them at the border. Federal law makes selling them a crime.
The genuine Planet Ocean
Omega launched the Seamaster Planet Ocean in 2005. It sits above the Seamaster Diver 300M in the lineup.

Retail prices
Steel Planet Ocean models list between about USD 6,000 and USD 9,000. Titanium and Sedna gold versions run higher, to about USD 20,000. Omega gives a 5-year warranty on genuine watches and services them through its own network.
What replica versions contain
Most replica cases use 316L or 304 steel, not the grade 5 titanium and 316L steel Omega sells. Many run generic automatic movements from third-party factories. Finishing marks, crown threads, and gasket fit change from batch to batch. Water resistance claims go untested. No replica carries a serial number in the Omega database, so Omega will not service or authenticate one. Resale value is near zero.
Legal status in the US
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2320, trafficking in counterfeit goods is a federal crime. The Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114, lets Omega sue sellers. US Customs and Border Protection seizes counterfeit watches at import. That rule covers single items bought for personal use.
