Omega has not released a women's-specific Seamaster 300 007 Edition. The 007 Seamaster models use 41mm and 42mm cases from the standard line, so women wear the same references as men or choose a smaller Aqua Terra. Note the naming: the 2020 watch is a Diver 300M, not a Seamaster 300. Sellers and listing sites often blur the two names. Match the reference number before you compare anything else.
Wrist fit for women
Case diameter alone tells you little. Lug-to-lug length and case thickness decide whether a 42mm watch overhangs a smaller wrist. Measure your wrist circumference and the flat top width of your wrist. A 42mm titanium Diver 300M sits large on a wrist under about 15cm, while the 41mm SPECTRE case wears closer to the arm. Try both sizes at an authorized dealer and check the lugs against the edges of your wrist in a mirror.
