Most replica listings copy the De Ville Prestige. Two sizes show up: 36.8 mm and 39.5 mm. Cases are 316L stainless steel. Two-tone versions use gold plating or PVD coating. Dials copy the Roman numeral or baton markers, the date window at 3 o'clock, and the De Ville script.

Low tiers use mineral glass and a Miyota 2035 quartz movement. Mid and upper tiers use sapphire glass and an automatic movement: Seagull ST2130, Hangzhou 6300, or Miyota 9015. Jewel counts sit at 21 to 25. Power reserve runs 38 to 42 hours.

  • Water resistance. Listings claim 30 m. Gaskets on replicas are not pressure-tested.

US legal status

Counterfeit watches carry registered trademarks. Omega and De Ville marks are recorded with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Import is barred under 19 U.S.C. § 1526. CBP can seize and destroy a parcel, and the buyer has no refund path. Trafficking carries up to 10 years in prison and a $2 million fine for one person under 18 U.S.C. § 2320.
