Does a Cartier Rotonde 4307 exist?
No published Cartier watch reference is numbered 4307. I could not verify any Cartier document that uses it. Rotonde de Cartier references carry a W prefix, in the format W155xxxx. Sellers of replica watches use their own codes, and 4307 comes from that seller vocabulary. Cartier does use 430 as a movement number: the 430 MC is a manual-wind caliber. A movement number is not a case reference.
